Shopping with Piper Pets

Piper Pets is the seller for this store. These terms apply to your use of the website and purchases from us. Shipping, Returns and Privacy explain the related conditions. Terms supplied with an existing order continue to apply to that order.

Choosing a product

Read the selected variant, dimensions and included contents before ordering. Scene photographs can include props that are not supplied. Screen settings may affect color, but do not excuse a materially different item.

Compare your pet and available space with the measurements for the exact item. Supervise use and follow the supplied care instructions. Remove an accessory if parts become loose or damaged. Pet accessories do not replace veterinary care.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve stock. Review quantities, options and your address before submitting an order. Checkout shows the tax position before payment and collects tax where legally required.

An order confirmation records the accepted purchase; a dispatch notice records shipment. Payment must succeed before an order is confirmed. If a material pricing or stock error affects your order, we contact you. We do not substitute items or collect a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery and cancellation

Shipping costs $5.99 per order. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days: usually 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–6 business days in transit.

Request cancellation before dispatch. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we explain the revised date and offer consent to the delay or cancellation for a full refund. If we cannot supply an item, we cancel and refund that item.

Returns and problems

Request a return within 60 calendar days of the carrier delivery scan. You pay change-of-mind return postage. We cover return postage for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee.

The Returns policy explains condition, authorization and refund timing. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in place. Contact us with the order reference and describe the problem.

Using this website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with security, submit another person’s information without authority or disrupt the service. A purchase must be made by someone legally able to enter the agreement.

Website content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Product listings do not give permission to reproduce third-party content or imply affiliation with another brand. External links are governed by the destination service’s terms.

Questions and changes

Contact us first to discuss a complaint or a question about these terms. Nothing here removes a remedy that applicable law provides. Changes apply to later use and orders; they do not silently change an existing purchase agreement.
